Blacksmith Day
October 5, 2024
On a sunny crisp fall day, many visitors enjoyed the Richfield Historical Society's 3rd Blacksmith Day held at the Richfield Historical/Nature Park. This event relived the skills of blacksmiths long ago as they were an important element of any crossroad community.
The visitors enjoyed seeing blacksmiths demonstrating their talents as they hammered glowing metal and shaped it into a useful tool or decorative item.
